Things to note about sealcoating in Puerto Rico:
In general the asphalt in Puerto Rico gets destroyed by rain, UV rays and traffic. In most cases, for the asphalt sealcoating to be effective and long lasting, it needs to have 2 coats to ensure a good result. The first layer absorbs in to the asphalt returning the flex. Once this is done, a secondary protective layer is sprayed to protect against water and UV. This dual coat will ensure a beautiful finish and results that last!
