Cracking and pot holes are symptoms of a deeper problem with your asphalt. These symptoms start showing when the asphalt is in decay. Much like your teeth, if not maintained on a regular basis, they will crack and get cavities that need to be filled.
This is exactly what RAR does! We (like dentists for asphalt) come in, fill any cracking and potholes. This essentially freezes your asphalt surface in the current state, and prevents any further decay.
Please note that this treatment is super effective at stopping your asphalt for getting any worse ( decay wise). This will not make your asphalt look great however!
In order to get the full aesthetic finish, a coat of sealer is needed to return the surface to a uniform finish. This will repair and rejuvenate your surface making it look brand new with out having to pave.
